No to Appiah, fishface crocked again.

Thats it Theo, shoot that Cashley cunt! Gd lad.
Goal 1, Goal 2, Goal 3.

Well after that hellishly good performance by one Theo Walcott i have some injury news to bring. Samir Nasri is a big doubt for the game at Blackburn because of a knee problem, this caused him to sit out France's game yesterday. Vela is also looking like being out of the question because he has to travel back from the other side of the world, i hope this isnt going to be something that happens regually because we cannot afford to have him miss every game after an International break.

Nicky Bendtner netted against Portugal last night, hopefully that will give his confidence a good boost, also, Fabregas was on the bench for the majority of Spain's game yesterday so thats good news.

So onto Appiah; Today Wenger has totally ruled out bringing him to the Emirates, he said;

"No, we are not on the case,"

Cant get more to the point than that. Sadly, Wenger wasnt that blunt when it came to talking about his summer signings!

Fishface's injury isnt a bad one, just a niggle that will keep him out til the midweek game against Dynamo Kiev,

“We had a minor setback with him, but if he is not available for Saturday he will be OK for Wednesday certainly.”

Thats until Tuesday when he will probably have picked up another niggle that will keep him out til next weekend, and so on and so on.

Yes, i am a cynic!

Wenger has also said that Theo can be as good as he wants to be, he has everything he needs to be a truly great player;

"I always believed that he will be a fantastic player and I was never concerned - I know he can score goals and I know on the breaks he can be clinical. But for me, most of all is that he continues to develop as a team player.

"What happened yesterday we have to consider to be an exception. Even for players of 25, 26 to score three goals in an international game is a one-off. What is very good is that he has the confidence of [Fabio] Capello in that he plays at that level at 19 years of age.

"How good can he be? Don't set any limitations on any human being because once you have talent the rest is down to how much you want it and to how intelligent you are. I believe he is hungry in a quiet way - quiet determination - and he is intelligent."

He can be a truly awesome player, at 19 and after 4 caps he has his first England Hat-trick, and the Croats are no mugs you know. Most England trebles have came against thoroughly shite opposition, the exception being Owen's against Ze Germans.

I have to agree with Wenger that Theo's levelheadedness and intelligence showed through in his interview, in particular his praise of David Beckham.

Eduardo has also praised TW14.

We have today been linked to some skanky Brazillian who is like 33. I don't see this one happening to be honest! If we get him why didn't we keep Gilberto?

I think thats about it for today, il update tomorrow afternoon with a preview of our weekend game at Ewood Park.

Til then, break a leg.
